I'm Jay Jupp β€” CorporateLiveWire's Leadership Coach of the Year 2024 and a multi-award-winning coach with 25+ years of experience helping leaders navigate the moments where life and work collide.

Since 1998, I've supported professionals through the real-life challenges that show up at work, even before I had the language for it. From first jobs and return-to-work transitions to late-career uncertainty and confidence dips, I was coaching people through life stages long before it became my specialism. In 2005, I began focusing on organisational development, learning design, and leadership coaching, working with managers, senior leaders, and executive teams across industries.

Today, I work with organisations who want to do the right thing by their people, especially when life gets messy, pressure is high, or leadership feels hard.

1997–2004

Coaching Roots & Growing Through Change

Trained as a coach while preparing for maternity leave, then stepped into performance coaching, supporting professionals through early-career transitions, return-to-work challenges, and confidence dips. These years laid the foundation for everything that followed.

2005–2012

OD, Redundancies & Early Impact

Moved into organisational development and learning design while navigating multiple redundancies. In 2009, I created a leadership programme that drove a 25% improvement in capability, proving measurable change is possible. I also launched my first business in 2012.

2019–2020

Strategic Leadership & Cultural Transformation

Became Head of Talent & OD, leading senior leader development, culture change, and performance strategy. In 2020, I designed and delivered a senior leadership development programme, introduced emotional intelligence and coaching skills to all managers, led a values refresh, and became an ERG lead.

2022
