1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Inner Reach Coaching Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Inner Reach Coaching Ltd provides professional coaching and consulting services including but not limited to:

• Leadership development coaching
• Organizational culture consulting
• Burnout prevention and wellbeing strategies
• Talent retention and performance improvement
• Training programs and workshops
• Assessment tools and resources

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions
• Respect scheduled appointment times
• Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods and materials
• Pay all fees as agreed upon

4. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with professional coaching standards. However, coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. We recommend consulting appropriate healthcare professionals for medical or psychological issues.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, except where:

• Required by law
• Client gives written consent
• There is imminent danger to self or others
• Information is already in the public domain

6. Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

• All fees are as agreed upon in your service agreement
• Payment is due as specified in your agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

• Individual sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation
• Programs may be cancelled with 48 hours notice
• Late cancellations may be subject to full charges

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methods, assessments, and content provided by Inner Reach Coaching Ltd are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our materials without permission
• Use our methods commercially without licensing
• Reverse engineer or copy our assessment tools
• Share login credentials or access with unauthorized parties

8. Limitation of Liability

Inner Reach Coaching Ltd's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Results or outcomes from coaching services
• Business decisions made based on our recommendations
• Technical issues or service interruptions

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Client access to materials may be revoked
• Refunds are not provided unless otherwise agreed

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
