Jay Jupp is a certified award winning Coach with over 25 years' experience as a leadership, talent, and career coach. She has held senior leadership roles such as Head of Talent and Organisational Development and coached C-Suite Executives, senior leaders, managers, and individuals.

Leadership and executive coaching: Jay successfully coached senior leaders and managers to humanise the employee experience for their people. Encouraging frequent quality 121 conversations with their teams, she used emotional intelligence tools to help leaders learn about themselves and their teams' so they could adapt their style and approach to meet the needs of their diverse teams. This improved their leadership skills and increased employee engagement by 21%.
