She encouraged me to think about “why”. Whilst this can challenge the comfort zone in the short term; her approach supported me to develop and create some decisive outcomes at the end of 2023 that have long term value in my career.  Jay has helped to transform my inner world. With Jay by my side, I found the courage to step out of my comfort zone, started to believe in myself and found my direction. Jay is very kind and compassionate. She can read micro facial expressions well, even in online sessions. She uses visual aids, exercises which leave a lasting impact on the mind. All techniques I learnt with Jay still help me to navigate through difficult situations and to prepare for job interviews. Since working with Jay, I believe that nothing can stop my growth. I don’t believe in fairies and magic but Jay left a spell on me and I always see her as fairy godmother, nudging me, praising me, and saying to me ‘if you want others to believe in you, learn to believe in yourself’.
